Customers

Organisation-scoped customer records (Cloudflare Worker + D1). Any site can store a customer id here and keep bookings, invoices, vehicles, and messages in their own services.

Authentication is required. User types come from Directory memberships for service customers.

What it owns

• Customer accounts and contact details in D1

What it does not own

• Vehicles, jobs, and quotes (Quotes)
• Bookings (Bookings)
• Invoices and payments (Billing)
• Outbound messages (Communications)
• Membership assignment (Directory)
