Organisation-scoped jobs, quotes, evidence, signatures, and uploads.

customerId, vehicleId, and bookingId are opaque ids from the calling product. This service does not own customers, vehicles, bookings, or invoices.

Authentication is required for most routes. Public signature completion uses the signature-request token. User types come from Directory memberships for service quotes.
