Garage CRM communications and webhooks API (Cloudflare Worker + D1).

Authentication is required. User types come from Directory memberships for service communications.

What it owns

• Outbound communication records and webhook delivery state in D1

What it does not own

• Customer contact details (Customers)
• Membership assignment (Directory)

Hono, Zod, OpenAPI, D1. Gateway mount: /communications/* on the garage gateway. API base path /v1.
